Getting in touch
The form collects your name, email, location and a description of your project. Your service choice and the form language accompany the enquiry. The date, group size and phone number are optional. This information is used to answer your enquiry, clarify your project and prepare a quotation. You can also get in touch directly by email or phone.
Nadine Rosier, the person assisting her with enquiry follow-up, and the technical services needed to transmit the exchange handle this information. Service enquiries are processed to take the pre-contractual steps you request; other questions rely on the legitimate interest in responding to you. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; they help us understand your project and reply to you. Please do not include sensitive data in your message. No customer account or newsletter subscription is created.
A copy of your enquiry and its transmission status is stored on the website’s private server, hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. A private enquiry management tool (Contact Hub), hosted on the same server, is used for follow-up. A Telegram notification containing your contact details and project is sent to the person assisting Nadine. Cloudflare handles email notifications to Nadine’s Orange mailbox; a notification delay does not prevent your enquiry from being recorded. These services handle hosting, security and transmission.
Keeping correspondence
Enquiries stored on the server and email correspondence are kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and follow up on the project. Technical copies also help check interrupted transmissions. You can request deletion using the contact details below. If a service is agreed, some records may be kept to meet applicable legal obligations.
Technical data and cookies
The hosting provider and Cloudflare infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request data to operate and secure the website. A cryptographic digest of the IP address helps limit abusive submissions; the stored form does not contain the IP address in plain text. The website does not use advertising cookies or audience-measurement cookies.
Your rights
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, or exercise a right to restriction or objection where applicable, email contact@nadwine.com. You can also write to the business address above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, France’s data-protection authority.
